SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES

Our shipping agents are SingPost, QExpress, Ninja Van, DHL Express, TNT & SF Express.

SINGAPORE

Deliveries in Singapore is provided by QExpress or Ninja Van to your doorstep within 3 - 5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is provided with purchases of S$30 and above.

A flat rate of S$5 is applicable for purchases below S$30.

CHINA MAINLAND

All deliveries to China will be provided by SF Express.

FREE SHIPPING is provided with minimum nett purchases of S$60. A flat rate of S$10 is applicable for purchases below S$60.

Deliveries will take 7 - 10 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is provided by SingPost, DHL Express & TNT to countries listed in the 4 zones below.

• Zone 1 - Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia

• Zone 2 - Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

• Zone 3 -  Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Sri Lanka

• Zone 4 - Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, United States of America

Delivery times are estimated provided by shipping agents. Working days refers to Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Chomel cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays.

IMPORT DUTIES

International deliveries may be subjected to import duties and additional delays due to custom inspection. As the recipient, you will be held responsible for all duties levied by your country. Chomel cannot accept returns for non payment of import duties once the shipment has been sent out.
