SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES

Our shipping agents are SingPost, Ninja Van and DHL Express & ZTO International.

SINGAPORE

Deliveries in Singapore will be provided by Ninja Van courier service to your doorstep within 3-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is provided with purchases of S$30 and above.

A flat rate of S$5 is applicable for purchases below S$30.

A SMS will be sent to recipient on the day of delivery and delivery time is between 9am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday. Should you wish to change your delivery request, please call Ninja Van customer hotline or send an email at the contacts given below.

 

CHINA MAINLAND

All deliveries to China will be provided by ZTO International. FREE SHIPPING is provided with minimum nett purchases of S$60. A flat rate of S$10 is applicable for purchases below S$60. Deliveries will take 7 - 10 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is provided by DHL Express & SingPost to the countries listed in the 4 zones below.

• Zone 1 - Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia

• Zone 2 - Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

• Zone 3 -  Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Sri Lanka

• Zone 4 - Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, United States of America

Delivery times are estimated provided by shipping agents. Working days refers to Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Chomel cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays.

IMPORT DUTIES

International deliveries may be subjected to import duties and additional delays due to custom inspection. As the recipient, you will be held responsible for all duties levied by your country. Chomel cannot accept returns for non payment of import duties once the shipment has been sent out.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. There will be a web link next to the tracking number to enable you to track your order with respective shipping agent.
