Our return & exchange policy applies to item ordered online and delivered within Singapore

  • Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original packaging and not used.
  • Items not in original condition or outside the return window will not be accepted.
  • Products are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photographs and your order details.
  • Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility.
  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value. To request an exchange, email to enquiry@chomel.com.sg with your order details.
  • We do not offer refund for online purchases.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or an incorrect item received.
  • Chomel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above and items will be returned to your at your cost.
