• All products are checked to ensure it is in good condition before they are packed. Should you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please email us photographs of the product problem, together with your contact details within 14 days of receiving your order to enquiry@chomel.com.sg.
  • Products are classified as having defects if they are received damaged during shipment or due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that any products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the products for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To exchange to another product, the price must be of the same or higher. Shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer. Please notify us by email at enquiry@chomel.com.sg of your intention to exchange and provide your name, contact and order/invoice number.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure the items are properly packed to avoid damage during shipment. Returned goods are your responsibility until we have received them.
  • Our return policy does not apply if the products have been worn, soiled or damaged. Chomel reserves the right to refuse a return on any product which is not in its original new condition except for products that have been received damaged.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the online store. However, please note that there may be slight variation of color tones based on different computer screens.
