Politique de remboursement

• If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the products for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your original order. For the exchange to another product, the price must be of the same or higher. Shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer. Please notify us by email at enquiry@chomel.com.sg of your intention to exchange and also to provide us your name, contact and invoice number.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
• Our return policy does not apply if the products have been worn, soiled or damaged. The company reserves the right to refuse a return on any product which is not in its original new condition except for products that have been received damaged.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
• All products are quality controlled and checked for any defects before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please send us photographs of the product defect, together with your contact details within 7 days of receiving your original order to enquiry@chomel.com.sg.
• Products are classified as having defects if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are
not considered to be faulty.

• To return your product, you should mail your product to: CHOMEL PTE LTD - 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre #25-03 Singapore (228208).
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• Courier service is not necessary but however, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as registered air mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
