Orders & Payment

 

Kindly follow the below steps when making your order:

1) Check your order and delivery address before confirmation and payment. Once an order has been confirmed on your system, it will not be possible to amend your order or delivery address.

2) Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be send to acknowledge your order.

3) For promotion events, do ensure you key in the promotion code (if any) upon check out to enjoy the promotional discount.

4) Orders will be processed within 48 hours during a work week (Monday - Friday) excluding public holidays. There would be a slight delay during sale and festive seasons.

5) We accept payment by major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

6) If your payment has been declined, then you will have to place your order again. We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To ensure your order is accepted when placing a new order, we suggest the following:

• Check your card details on your account to make sure the information is correctly entered.

• Make sure you have entered the security code correctly. i.e. the 3 digit number on the back of your card.

• Your card issuer may have declined your payment for reasons unknown to us, therefore, please check with them directly.

• If you have checked all of the above and still fail to process payment, then try paying with another credit card.
